Spiritual Development Ministry

The Spiritual Development Ministry is a Bible teaching ministry for children ages 4 through high school.  There are three areas of ministry involved: an After-School Program, a Summer Enrichment Program and a Daily Vacation Bible School.

The After-School Program

Promise Partners meet Monday 4:00-5:00 p.m. target ages 4-7 up to 2nd grade.  Bible Stories are taught and children are picked up at home.

Young Men and Women Fellowship meet on Tuesdays from 3:30-5:00pm, targets Middle School children.  Bible Application and basic living skills are taught. Living the Christian Life is taught, and children are picked up at the middle school.

Teens for Christ meet on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 pm, targets high school students.  Bible Study and God's prospective on many issues and topics are shared.  Teens will be picked up at home.

Boys and Girls Club meet on Thursdays from 3:30-5:00 pm, targets grades 3-5, Bible knowledge is taught with an overview of the Bible, children will be picked up at the elementary school.

Summer Programs

Daily Vacation Bible School: Daily Vacation Bible School is offered in our local churches in outlying areas of the community. In state and out of state churches team up with the local church to offer week long Bible Schools. Many children have accepted Jesus through this outreach.

Summer Enrichment Program: Our Summer Enrichment Program is six-weeks long.  There we teach Bible Lessons, crafts and do special activities.  Reading and Math skills are taught as well as taking children on field trips.
